Are you licensed & insured?

Yes. We are licensed to do business in the state of Florida and we hold $2mil of General Liability Insurance along with Liquor Liability Insurance.  This ensures that you and your event are properly protected

Can I provide my own alcohol?

Yes! That is exactly how our service works.  If you  already have all your alcohol, great! If you need help determining what to order, how much to order and how to get it to your event, will work with you through every step of the process. 

Do you charge a gratuity on the invoice?

Gratuity is left up to the client's discretion. We do allow our bartenders to display an event appropriate tip jar so guests can tip the bartender if they please. If you would like to provide a gratuity on the invoice and remove the tip jars we are happy to accommodate this request. 100% of gratuities go to the bartenders. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required along with the signed event contract. The remaining balance is required 30 days before the date of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refund of all payments – Cancellation 90 days or more from event date.

Refund of balance and 50% of deposit – Cancellation 89-31 days from event date.

Refund of balance but loss of deposit – Cancellation 30 days or less from the event date.

What happens if my event is postponed?

If your event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to accommodate your rescheduled event (dependent upon availability).
